Although it took some time to get it show the details of my weight, when it did, it certainly calms you down, showing as normal the weight that ir Europe is considered overweight and telling you to continue with 2600kcal per day whil in Europe doctors would suggest only 1600kcal for a healthy lifestyle.

When the product arrived, it came with batteries and instructions in an undamaged package. When I couldn't get it to even start working, I replaced their batteries with some that I had purchased. It still did not work. I returned it and purchased a different model. There are enough of these similar/identical items at this price that I could see no reason to try this company again.

I love the looks of this scale but I set it for all the other options and all it gives me is an error message...so I just use it to weigh myself.
