The new quantum body composition scale from american weigh allows you view a complete breakdown of your body fat, water, muscle, and bone. the scale works on the principle of bia (bio impedance analysis). by passing a safe electrical current through your body via the metal contacts and using weight, height, and age data, your lean/fat-free body mass is calculated. this is then subtracted from your body weight to obtain body fat mass. note: although the scale uses a safe electrical current, those with pacemakers or other electronic implants should not use this scales body fat feature.

I researched so many different brands,types,etc. Wished I saw this sooner. Accurate reading everytime (i weighed my self 3 times in a row and the readings were all pretty much the same). Don't over spend on a brand name scale, this one does it all, looks great, VERY slim. No buyers remorse here, just thanking the Lord for the wisdom He gave me to allow me to make such a great decision. (resolution) (Health and Beauty) I don't know what's wrong with the scales of a couple of the reviewers, but this has been really nice bathroom scale. We were looking for one we could see in the dark, was accurate, mostly made of glass (nice looking, easy to clean), took regular batteries, didn't need to be plugged in, and had Body Mass Index (BMI) info, 10 year warranty, etc. Best one I found so far. We've had it for over a year now, no problems. I put in 4 AAA lithium batteries and haven't had to change them out yet, and we use it at least couple times a day. |
