I took a liquid measure and added 3 oz at a time. Each time my weight increase 0.2 lb as advertised. I'm on a HCG diet program and the daily loss is important. The other two scales I got, read in 0.2 lb increments, but take up to a pound to make any actual changes. This scale appears to be very precise. As to the accuracy (i.e. reading the correct weight) I cannot verify this since I don't have any other scale that I trust to verify it or any calibrated weights. Either way, even if its off 5 lbs, (which I doubt), I don't care since it's the precision I am interested in. I highly recommend this scale. Considering the price, it's an awesome deal! |
